Breathiterol FAQ: Straight Answers to the Questions People Search Most
49 questions about the spray, each answered in one sentence first and then explained.
How this FAQ works
The questions below are grouped by topic: the product, using the spray, ingredients and dose, safety, buying, and refunds and results. Each answer opens with the short version, a yes, a no or a number, and then gives the reason. Facts come from the bottle label and the seller's pages as they read on November 7, 2026; medical points link to their sources at the bottom of the page.
Three facts answer more questions than any others. First, Breathiterol is a spray into the mouth that is swallowed, so it is not an inhaler and cannot work directly on the lungs. Second, each serving holds a single 154 mg blend of three extracts, and the best-studied of them, ginger, was tested in the airways at doses about 26 times higher than a serving can contain. Third, a 60 mL bottle holds 100 servings at the label dose, so even the smallest pack lasts months, and you can test the spray without buying six bottles.
If your question is not here, two pages go deeper: the Supplement Facts page transcribes the label and works through the blend limits, and the guarantee page lays out the refund steps. Questions about your own symptoms or medicines belong with your doctor or pharmacist.
The product
What is Breathiterol?
A botanical dietary supplement in an oral spray. Each 60 mL bottle holds 100 servings of 4 sprays (0.60 mL), and each serving lists a 154 mg blend of mullein leaf, ginger root and organic lemon extracts.
Who makes Breathiterol?
The label names Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida, as the distributor and says the spray is made in the USA in an FDA registered facility. The manufacturer itself is not named. Payment on our route is handled by BuyGoods.
Is Breath Iterol the same product?
Yes. The seller's page titles use “Breath Iterol” and the label uses Breathiterol. A November 2026 press release also points to gobreathiterol.com.
Is Breathiterol the same as Breathizen?
The panels match: same serving, same 100 servings, same 154 mg blend of the same three extracts and the same base liquid. The brand name and the distributor line differ.
Is Breathiterol an inhaler?
No. It is sprayed into the mouth and swallowed. Nothing is inhaled, and it cannot replace an inhaler.
What does the spray taste like?
The seller does not describe it. Mullein is grassy and ginger is peppery; glycerin and natural flavors sweeten the mix, and lemon adds a citrus note. Expect a warm, slightly bitter herbal taste.
What does the bottle look like?
A 60 mL amber glass bottle with a black pump and clear cap. The label is cream and plum with a lungs-in-a-hexagon logo and the words Advanced Lungs Support.
How long does a bottle last?
About 100 days at the label dose of 4 sprays once a day. The order page sells each bottle as a 30-day supply, which would require about 13 sprays a day.
Using the spray
How do I use Breathiterol?
Shake the bottle, press the pump 4 times into your mouth or onto your tongue, and swallow. Once a day is the label serving.
What time of day is best?
The seller suggests the morning. There is no stimulant in it, so any time works; pick one you will remember every day.
Should I hold it under my tongue?
There is no need. Absorption through the mouth lining is limited for sprays like this because most of the liquid is swallowed within seconds [8].
Can I take more sprays if my chest feels tight?
No. The label says not to exceed the recommended dose, and more sprays will not open tight airways. Use your prescribed reliever inhaler and seek help if symptoms are severe.
How many sprays are in a bottle?
About 400. The label serving is 4 sprays equal to 0.60 mL, so each spray is roughly 0.15 mL, and a 60 mL bottle holds 100 servings.
Does the pump need priming?
The label does not say. Most new pump bottles need a few presses into a sink before the first full spray; count your four sprays from the first full one.
Can I spray it into my nose?
No. The label directs it into the mouth only. Spraying a sweet herbal liquid into the nose or eyes can irritate them.
What if I miss a day?
Just continue the next morning with the normal 4 sprays. Do not double the dose to catch up; the label says not to exceed the recommended amount.
Does it go bad after opening?
The preservatives protect an opened bottle, but keep it closed, away from heat, light and humidity, and check the bottle or box for a best-by date. Discard it if the smell or color changes sharply.
Can I mix it into water or tea?
The label does not cover that. Mixing will not harm the extracts, but it dilutes the throat-coating effect that is the most noticeable part of the spray.
Ingredients and dose
Why are the amounts of each herb not listed?
They are combined in a proprietary blend, which is allowed if ingredients appear in descending order of weight [2]. That rule lets us work out a range for each: mullein at least 51.3 mg, ginger up to 77 mg, lemon up to 51.3 mg.
Is the ginger dose enough to matter?
Probably not for the airways. The only human airway study used 2,000 mg of ginger a day [1]; a serving holds 77 mg at most.
Is the mullein from the leaf or the flower?
The leaf. Europe's traditional-use monograph covers mullein flower tea for sore throat with dry cough [9]; the leaf extract has no comparable recognition.
Does it contain alcohol, sugar or caffeine?
None of these appears on the label. The base is water and glycerin with natural flavors, citric acid and two preservatives.
Is there honey in Breathiterol?
No. Honey is not listed. The sweetness comes from glycerin and natural flavors.
Does Breathiterol contain NAC or quercetin?
No. The only actives are mullein leaf, ginger root and organic lemon extracts. If you want N-acetylcysteine or quercetin, they are sold separately.
Is it safe for people allergic to citrus?
Probably not. It contains organic lemon extract, and the label has no allergen statement. Ask your allergist first.
Safety and medicines
Is Breathiterol safe?
For most healthy adults the ingredients are food-like and the amounts small. Ginger can cause heartburn or stomach upset and carries a standard caution with blood thinners [4].
Can I use it with my asthma inhaler?
There is no known interaction, but the spray must never replace inhalers or an asthma action plan [7]. Tell your clinician you are using it.
Can I take it with warfarin or other blood thinners?
Ask your pharmacist first. Ginger may affect platelets, and that caution applies to anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs even at small doses.
Can children or pregnant women use it?
The label tells anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing to consult a physician before use. The sensible default for those groups is not to use it without that advice.
Can I use it if I have COPD?
Only with your clinician's knowledge, and never in place of your inhalers, rehabilitation or oxygen. No study has tested this spray in COPD.
Can it cause side effects in the mouth?
Occasionally: tingling, a warm feeling from the ginger, or irritation in sensitive mouths. Stop if you notice swelling, a rash or any breathing change, and seek help for those.
Is it safe with blood pressure medicine?
No interaction is known for the listed ingredients at these amounts. Show the label to your pharmacist anyway, as you would with any supplement.
Can I use it while I have a cold?
Yes, unless you have warning signs such as high fever, breathlessness or chest pain. It may soothe a scratchy throat, but it will not shorten the cold.
When should I see a doctor instead?
For breathlessness at rest, chest pain, coughing blood, a cough lasting three weeks or more, or new wheezing. The American Lung Association lists these warning signs [6].
Buying and price
How much does Breathiterol cost?
Two bottles $158 plus $9.99 shipping, three bottles $207 and six bottles $294, both with free U.S. shipping. Per labeled serving that is $0.84, $0.69 or $0.49.
Is it sold in stores or on Amazon?
We found no store or marketplace listing on November 7, 2026. The seller's order page and its home page are the two places to buy.
Is Breathiterol FDA approved?
No. Supplements are not approved before sale; the FDA acts after problems are reported [3]. “FDA registered facility” refers to the factory listing only.
Do the 3- and 6-bottle packs include bonuses?
The seller's home page lists five e-book bonuses with those packs, but the order page reached through our link does not mention them. Treat them as a possible extra, not part of the price.
Is there a subscription?
The seller's FAQ says the purchase is a one-time payment with no auto-ship. Decline any extra offer after checkout that you did not intend to buy.
Refunds and results
How do I get a refund?
Within 60 days of purchase, email [email protected] or call +1 (507) 448-8190 for written return instructions and the address. Mail the bottles with tracking and keep the receipt.
Do I have to use it for 30 days first?
The seller's pages say the guarantee applies if you are unsatisfied after at least 30 days of use. Keep a short diary as a record.
Who pays return shipping?
Expect to pay it yourself; on sibling products from the same distributor, return postage was the buyer's cost and original shipping was not refunded. Confirm the terms for Breathiterol in writing.
How soon will I notice anything?
Any throat-soothing effect is immediate and short-lived. Any effect from the extracts, if there is one, would take weeks; decide by day 45 so a return can arrive in time.
Can I return an opened bottle?
The seller's pages do not say. On sibling products, some return pages accepted opened bottles and one FAQ accepted sealed bottles only, so keep extra bottles sealed until you decide.
What if the seller does not answer my refund email?
Call the number printed on the label, keep a record of every message, and if the charge is still not resolved, ask your card issuer about a dispute, attaching your notes.
Does Breathiterol work?
No study of the spray exists. Its most likely benefit is a soothing coat on the throat, the same effect honey and syrups provide [5].
About this site
Is this the official Breathiterol website?
No. This is an independent guide that reads the label, compares prices and explains the refund steps. Orders are completed on the seller's checkout, and we earn a commission when you buy through our buttons.
Why does this site point out weaknesses if it earns a commission?
Because a guide that hides the cons is just another sales page. The commission pays for the site; it does not change the score, the warnings or the facts.
How do I report a mistake on this site?
Email [email protected] with the page and the correction. We check it against the label or the seller's page and update the date at the top when we fix it.

Give Breathiterol a fair, dated trial
The seller takes payment on its BuyGoods checkout; this desk only points the way. Before the first spray, show the label to a pharmacist if you take a blood thinner or diabetes tablets, write down three baseline numbers (morning cough, phlegm, how you feel on the stairs), open a single bottle, and make your keep-or-return call around day 45 so the parcel reaches the seller well inside day 60.
